We can provide a quotation to supply and fit of the timber framed kit portion of your build. This includes the timber framed part of the external and internal walls, the middle floor and roof trusses. We include Structural Calculations and Panel Drawings as these are required by the building inspectorate and ourselves to undertake the works. If you don’t have full planning permission yet, it is usually still possible to provide a fairly accurate budget costing at this stage.
