300 mm deep I beams with breather boards on the internal and external of this timber framed leaf.  The insulation in this instance was full fill Warmcel (Recycled newspaper)

45 x 95 timber

Mid Floor

Mainly 350 mm I beams but with a traditional T, G & V floor boarded finish and not decking sheets

Roof

Site made “cut roof” of 350 mm I beams with a breather board internal and externally
